Q: How do I add a product to my cart? Delete something from my cart?

A: Once you have added a title to your shopping cart via the "Click here to buy:" link of your choice on any book presentation page, the contents of your shopping basket will then be displayed.
    To delete items or change quantities, make the appropriate changes in the quantity field associated with each title (quantity 0 in order to remove the title), then click the "update quantity" button. When you are ready to check out, click on the "Proceed to checkout" button to begin the payment process.

Q: What are your online book shipping rates and delivery times?

A: For U.S. Addresses:

* USPS Mail: $5 for first book, $2.50 for each additional book; allow 2-10 business days after the day your order ships from our warehouse. Expedited shipping also available, $12 for the first item and $3 for each additional item; allow 1-5 days.

For International addresses:

* International orders will be shipped via Airmail: $12.00 for the first book and $3.00 for each additional book to Canada and Mexico. All other Countries: $18 for the first item and $8 for each additional item. Allow 2-5 weeks after the day your order ships from our warehouse.

Q: Will New Village Press sell my email or other personal information to others?

A: We will not sell your email address to third parties.

Q: Do I have to sign in to use the New Village site?

A: It is not necessary to create a user account to browse the site or sign-up for newsletters. The first time you make a purchase on the site, a user account will automatically be created for you. This allows you to save your shipping, billing addresses and credit card numbers with us, to save time with future orders. All credit card numbers are stored in a 128-bit encrypted server. You may delete any or all of your stored addresses and credit card numbers at any time.

Q: How can I receive information on the latest releases from New Village Press?

A: You may sign up to receive email alerts on any of our subject and book pages. You will receive periodic emails containing information on our latest book releases.
