Keith Bartholomew

Keith Bartholomew is an associate professor in the University of Utah's Department of City & Metropolitan Planning and is the associate dean of the College of Architecture and Planning. An environmental lawyer, Bartholomew received a Juris Doctor and a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Law from the University of Oregon in 1987. He clerked for the US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, then served ten years (1988-98) as a staff attorney for 1000 Friends of Oregon, a growth management and land use planning advocacy organization in Portland.
