Terri Baltimore is vice president of Neighborhood Development at the Hill House Association in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She oversees the agency's arts programs and manages its interests in a variety of community settings. She also directs the Hill House Community Collaborative, a program that assists recovering women and their children. Baltimore is a member of the Hill neighborhood’s network of "green" organizations working on environmental initiatives.
